Master Jiang has been processing tea for some 38 years and has focused entirely on processing just one kind of tea - red tea from his home county of Yixing, world famous as the home of the best class of clay teapots. The red tea the region produces is little known outside of China and yet it provides an entirely new red tea taste experience, is delicious and unforgettable. It is among our most beloved favourite teas.
