Premium grade traditional Chinese fermented Liu Bao black tea (hei cha) from Wuzhou, Guangxi, China, produced by Wuzhou tea factory from medium sized tea trees, leaves fermented in baskets. Third grade leaves. Liu Bao is often divided by leaf size into grades 1 to 4 with 1st being the smallest. Classic betel nut flavour, earthy, basementy, mushroomy.
Brewing suggestions: 5 grams per 200ml of 100C water, 1st steeping 1 min, 2nd steeping 1-2min, 3rd steeping 2-3min etc.
